Individual 1-2-1 Coaching - Personal coaching will include:
- Initial rider questionnaire.
- Performance testing at 50% of the non coached athlete rate.
- Comprehensive and detailed personal training programme.
- Programme delivered on weekly basis based on feedback provided by the athlete.
- Daily workouts delivered to the athlete to the email address of his or her choice.
- Premium client TrainingPeaks account.
- Communication by telephone, email and video conference.
- 1-2-1 Coaching is for a minimum of three months.
