Individual 1-2-1 Coaching - Personal coaching will include:

  1. Initial rider questionnaire.
  2. Performance testing at 50% of the non coached athlete rate.
  3. Comprehensive and detailed personal training programme.
  4. Programme delivered on weekly basis based on feedback provided by the athlete.
  5. Daily workouts delivered to the athlete to the email address of his or her choice.
  6. Premium client TrainingPeaks account.
  7. Communication by telephone, email and video conference.
  8. 1-2-1 Coaching is for a minimum of three months.
